HAPPY NEW 2012!!
As we come up to a New Year, be mindful of "inner peace." With the transition from the old to the new, I believe we need to continue to balance our lives with building upon and cope with all that confront us in our daily lives. The three things I believe to be of upmost importance in our well-being are sleep, diet, and exercise. As simple as that might read, they are keys to living a balanced life. In addition, the three elements bring energy to deal with the challenges in our lives. Inner Peace, ICS
